Objectives:

* To promote respect, fraternity and family unity in the community.
* To contribute materially and economically to the progress of Santa Elena.
* To engage all Santa Elena natives to participate in the solution of their own challenges but with special focus on women and youth.
* To develop a positive and dynamic direction based on solidarity principles and to find solutions that affect the municipality.
